William Sonny Stephens, 54, of Blackstone, formerly of Chesterfield, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010.

He is survived by a son, Christopher James Stephens of Victoria; three grandchildren, Breannah, Savannah and Jaylin Stephens; four sisters, Deborah Kay Ragsdale of Blackstone, Terry Lee Bayes and Wanda Stephens Wrenn, both of Chesterfield, and Bonnie Patterson Crowder of Blackstone; brother, Raymond Dale Patterson of Blackstone; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved canine companion, Jackson.

The family will receive friends, 7-8:30 P.M., Wednesday, July 7 at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home and also where chapel funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, July 8, 2010. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
