Virginia "Gini" Webb Blair

Virginia “Gini” Webb Blair, 64, of Blackstone, VA passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Patricia Webb and her brother, Ricky Webb.  Gini is survived by her husband of 42 years, Paul Alan Blair, Sr.; her daughter, Natasha Parker (Andy) and son, Paul A. “P.J.” Blair, Jr. (Jessica); and grandson, Connor Parker.  She is also survived by her two sisters, Donna Orange (Donny) and Dawn Bertholf; and a brother, Darrell Webb; sisters-in-law, Kim June (Tim), Audrey Jeffery; close friends and caregivers, Melinda Clary, Delle Moan, and Margaret Pavey. 

The family would like to give gratitude and thanks to Amedisys Home Health, Amedisys Hospice and the ALS Clinical Team at VCU.  Celebration of Gini’s life will be held from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at the Blackstone Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Homes, 1826 Cox Rd., Blackstone, VA  23824.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to www.ALS.org (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
