Stephen Cannon Nowell III

Stephen Cannon Nowell III, of Bradenton, Florida and formerly of Richmond, VA, died Monday, July 20, 2009.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Beverley Borum Nowell and their two sons, Carter(Courtney) of Bethesda, MD, and Stuart of San Diego, CA.

Steve is also survived by four children in North Carolina; Steve IV of Elizabethtown; Robin, Ed and Sally Archer(Harry) of Wilmington.

Also surviving are a brother, John Nowell(Dottie) of Abingdon, VA and a sister, Jane Cameron of Wilmington, NC; seven grandchildren, Lily, Maggie, Cooper and Buck Nowell and Harry, Charlie, and Ned Archer.

Three trees will be planted in remembrance of their "Papa Steve"; one in Blackstone, another in Bethesda, and a third in Wilmington.
