Shirley Gary Obituary

Shirley Badeaux Gary, 79, of Blackstone, Virginia, formerly of New Iberia, Louisiana, passed away, Sunday, July 26, 2009.

She is survived by her daughters, Madeline Henry (Don) of Blackstone, VA; and Donna Gary of St. Cloud, Minnesota; a son, Roger Dale Sisk (Lucy) of New Iberia, Louisiana; 17 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; and a brother, Nolan Badeaux of Houston, Texas.

Shirley was preceded in death by two daughters, Deborah Pullinger and Glenda Giles.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M., Friday, July 31, 2009, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd.(Hwy. 460 Bus.), near Blackstone, VA 23824 and also where chapel funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 1, 2009. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Blackstone, VA.
