Sandra Atkins Terrill

Sandra Atkins Terrill, age 43, of Kenbridge, VA, formerly of Deale, MD, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010.

She is survived by her husband, James Terrill; four children,
1 Lt. Robert Long,U.S. Army, Matthew Long, Christopher Brown, and Heather Brown, all of Shady Side, MD; mother, Darlene Pettit and step-father, Joe Pettit, and maternal grandmother, Georgeanna Dodson, all of Victoria, VA. Sandra is also survived by her sister, Terry Bridgman of Harwood, MD, her brother, Randy Atkins of Blackstone, and mother-in-law, Mary A. Terrill of Mechanicsville, and her family. Survivors also include a sister-in-law, Laura Atkins of Blackstone, brother-in-law, Churchill Bridgman of Harwood, MD, special nephew, Johnathan Atkins of Laurel, MD, special aunt, Virginia Funkhouser of Fredericksburg, and many other loving relatives. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Warren Atkins, and paternal grandmother, Emma Atkins.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M., Monday, September 6, 2010, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Road (Bus. Hwy. 460) near Blackstone with services to follow at 3:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel.
