Ruby Palmore Daniel

Ruby Palmore Daniel, 94, of Blackstone, VA., passed away Friday, August 5, 2011.

She was the widow of Haynie Daniel. Ruby was a devoted wife, loving mother, and the last living sibling of eleven children.

She is survived by two daughters, Pansy Cox (W.S.), of Wake Forest, NC and Rebecca Behling (Rob) of Powhatan, VA; four grandchildren, Teresa Fitts (Sean), Carolyn Jessee (Ernest), Wendy Allred (Ken) and Allen Behling; ten great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends, 6-8 P.M., Sunday at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd. (Bus Hwy 460) near Blackstone. Services will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, August 8, 2011 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
