Rose Whitehead Dewey

Rose Whitehead Dewey, 49, of Hadensville, Virginia, passed away Monday, July 16, 2007. She is survived by her husband, Greg L. Dewey; her son, Andrew G. Dewey; her father, Milas M. Whitehead, Sr.; two brothers, Milas M. Whitehead, Jr. and Kenneth W. Whitehead; five sisters, JoAnn Neal, Pam Sierzega, Brenda Marian, Theresa Canfield and Martha McGraw; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Joyce Napier Whitehead. She worked at Heilig-Meyers Co. for 22 years, and was most recently employed as a Deputy Clerk by the Goochland County Circuit Court. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M., Wednesday, July 18, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Bus. Hwy. 460 in Blackstone.
