Ralph Ozmore Obituary

Ralph Lavern Ozmore, 69, of Hopewell, Va., formerly of Darvills, went home to be with our Lord, on Wednesday, February 4, 2009.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Lewis Ozmore, a daughter, Kimberly Ozmore Janis and her husband, Thomas; three grandchildren, Thomas Leroy, Anna Marie, and Samantha Elizabeth Janis, all of Prince George; 2 sisters, Patricia O. Thackston of Maryland and Lydia O. Henry of Richmond.

The family will receive friends, 6-8 p.m., Friday, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Road, Bus. Hwy. 460, near Blackstone, where chapel funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009. Burial will follow in Hawkins Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Ford, Va. with military honors.
