Rachael Winn Walker

Rachael Winn Walker, 94, of Wilsons, VA and Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at her residence.  She was the daughter of Iva Claiborne and Joseph Ashton Winn and also preceded in death by her husbands, Carlton Bruce Brandon and William “Potts” Walker; a sister, Lillian B. Phillips and brother, Maurice A. Winn.  Rachael is survived by her son, Carlton Bruce Brandon, Jr.; daughter, Linda B. Kenney; grandson, John Brandon Kenney; granddaughter, Susan Gale Kenney Howard; great granddaughter, Lucille (Lucy) “Rachael” Kenney; great grandson, Brandon Hughes Kenney; special friend and caregiver, Brenda L. Brandon. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 6, 2025 in White Oak Methodist Church, 9516 White Oak Church Rd., Wilsons, VA  23894, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
