P. A. Kincer

Philbert Ancil "P.A." Kincer, 84, of Blackstone, VA, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2009.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margaret Smelser Kincer; son, Rickey Kincer and his wife, Rhonda; daughter, Vickey K. Toth and her husband, Lathan; granddaughter, Ashleigh Kincer and grandson, Dylan Toth, all of Blackstone.

P.A. is also survived by his brother, Kenneth B. Kincer of Chester and a sister, Naomi Suthers of Wytheville. He was preceded in death by his brother, David E. Kincer.

Graveside funeral services with military honors will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at the Lakeview Cemetery in Blackstone.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M., Tuesday, June 9, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Bus. Hwy. 460, near Blackstone.
