Myrtle B. Neathery

Myrtle B. “Punkin” Neathery, 91, of Crewe, VA, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024.  She is the widow of David Eugene Neathery and also preceded in death by her mother, Bertha Powell Brandon; a sister, Mae Daniels; and a brother, John Brandon.  Myrtle is survived by two sons, David “Bruno” Neathery (Debbie) and Mike Neathery (Melody); four grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, all of Crewe, VA.  She was a retired seamstress with Crewe Garment Factory and enjoyed listening to her music of Conway Twitty. 

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Burkeville, VA.  Arrangements by the Crewe Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Homes.  www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
