Marshall Blaine Wallace, 41, of Hopewell, VA, formerly of Wilsons, VA, passed away due to a tragic motor vehicle accident. He is survived by his parents, Vance Wallace of Wilsons and mother, Joyce S. Wallace of Petersburg; his twin brother, Kyle R. Wallace (Stephanie) of North Dinwiddie; grandmother, Mary Lee Wallace of Blackstone; aunts, Ginny Stanifer, Mary Ellen Wallace (Rebecca) and Glenda Moore (Terry); nephew, Brooke Wallace; niece, McKenna Wallace; and stepbrother, Matthew Quinn (Melissa). He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carlton M. Wallace, Ralph H. Stanifer, and Laura P. Stanifer; and an uncle, James E. Stanifer.
Marshall was a U.S. Army Sergeant and a veteran who served for seven years including overseas in Iraq. He loved to fish, hunt, cook, and enjoyed music. He was a graduate of Old Dominion University. Services with military honors will be held at 3:00 P.M., Friday, October 31, 2025 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery, 10300 Pridesville Rd., Amelia, VA 23002. Rev. Dr. Dallas Smith will officiate.
