John Herbert Rapp

John Herbert Rapp, 72, of Blackstone, VA, formerly of Westminster, California, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2009.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Shirley Mae Monroe Rapp; twin daughters, Heidi Danielle Harrison and her husband, Bradley Scott Harrison of Allen, Texas; and Heather Denise Ebbs and her husband, Michael Ebbs of Malibu, California; grandchildren, Emma Claire and Oliver Cole Harrison of Allen, Texas and Nathan Avery and Andrew Tyler Ebbs of Malibu, California; and a brother, James Earl Rapp and his wife, Linda of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

John was a graduate of the University of Kansas and a retired Aerospace Engineer for the Aerospace Division of Boeing.

The family will recieve friends from 2 P.M. to 3:30 P.M., Friday, May 15, 2009 at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Blackstone, VA 23824. Burial will take place later in Fullerton, CA, at the Loma Vista Memorial Gardens.

The family requests no flowers due to services being held in California, instead please come to celebrate John's life with us this day.
