James Jackson Paulette

James Jackson “Jim” Paulette, 70, of Blackstone, VA passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025.  He was a retired logger and the owner of Paulette Logging.  Jim was a hardworking man who loved his family and friends dearly.  He is survived by his daughter, Amelia “Snoot” Paulette; his partner, Belinda Owen, his siblings, family and friends, and his dog, “Puppy”.  He did everything with love and humor, and he will be missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 1PM at Bellfonte Grange, 2117 Rocky Hill Rd., Blackstone, VA 23824. Arrangements are by the Blackstone Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Blackstone, VA  23824.  www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
