James Lewis Corbin, Jr.

James Lewis “Jim” Corbin, Jr., age 71, of Meherrin, VA, formerly of Crewe, VA, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Corbin; parents, Lorraine and James L. Corbin, Sr.; a daughter, Sarah Corbin; a son, Jimmy Corbin III; and his brother, Joe Corbin.   Although he did not have any living relatives, Jim loved and was loved and cared for by his many close friends. 

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 12, 2024 in Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield, VA, 23832, where he will be laid to rest by his dear wife, Mary.  Arrangements are by the Blackstone Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Blackstone, VA  23824. www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
