Jack Stewart Sandford, Sr.

Jack Sandford, 93 years old passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 93, in Farmville, Virginia. Jack passed after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by loved ones. Jack was born in Richmond Virginia, 11 December 1930. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Frankie. He is the proud father of four children: Sandy (Kathy), Susan (Walt) Bobby (Kathreen) and Chuck (GeorgeAnna) and many loving grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

 Jack volunteered his service to the United States Air Force and Virginia Air National Guard and served proudly for 43 years. He had a love for competitive shooting and golf and formed many lasting friendships. 

Funeral service with military honors will be held Monday, May 20, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, VA 23002.
