Haynie I. Hudson, Jr., age 56, of Blackstone, VA, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009.

He is survived by his daughters, Amanda Hudson of Richmond, Crystal Hudson of Blackstone; mother, Eleanor Grant Hudson of Blackstone; brother, Ray Hudson of Blackstone; stepchildren, George, Debbie , Tammy and their children.

The family will receive friends at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Bus. Hwy 460, near Blackstone on Friday, July 10, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2009, at the Jonesboro Baptist Church, 1955 Jonesboro Church Rd., Blackstone, VA.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jonesboro Baptist Church, 1955 Jonesboro Church Rd., Blackstone, VA 23824 or to your favorite charity.
