Harry Lee Williams, Sr., age 83, of Crewe, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lois Williams; daughters, Judy Childress and Alice Snooks Dumond, both of Crewe; son, Harry Lee Williams, Jr. (Diane) of Kenbridge; brothers, David Williams (Alice) of Crewe, and Clarence Williams of Kenbridge; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Harry retired after 32 years of service at Southside Electric Cooperative.

The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Road (Bus. Hwy 460) near Blackstone. A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 17, 2012, in Lakeview Cemetery, Blackstone.
