Eleanor Margaret Besold

Eleanor Margaret “Ms. Ellie” Besold, 89, of Blackstone, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025.  She enjoyed travelling, doing ceramics and craft fairs, and her little dog, “Woody”.  She is survived by two sons, John Andrew and Steven George; a daughter, Lori Charlotte; and grandchildren, Aaron Maxwell, Christopher Bradley, Samantha Nicole and Shelby Jordan. 

Ellie was loved and she will be missed.  Please make donations, in her memory, to the Nottoway County Animal Shelter, P.O.
