Edward Hildry Williams

Edward H. “Ed” Williams, of Dinwiddie, VA, gained his wings Sunday, August 24, 2025.  Born October 11, 1952, in Petersburg, VA, Ed was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Fannie Williams.  Ed is survived by his wife, Merry Williams; sons, John Edward Williams (Gina) and James Williams; grandchildren, Kaden, Trista and Devin; brother, Wilbur David Williams (Debbie), all of Dinwiddie. 

Graveside funeral services will be held at 4 P.M., Thursday, August 28, 2025, in Lakeview Cemetery, 8th and College Ave., Blackstone, VA  23824.  Arrangements are by the Blackstone Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Homes.  www.mcmillianfuneralhome.com
