E. Frank Webb, 81, of Shacklefords, VA, died Saturday, February 21, 2009.
He was a veteran of the US Army, retired as a self-employed drywall contractor, who loved to fish and lived his life to the fullest.
He was the son of the late Charlie and Pearlie Webb and was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Webb.
Frank is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Deborah and John Hartz, Kathy and Kevin White, all of upstate New York; two brothers, Lee and Heath Webb; two sisters, Exie Dalton and Beulah Belvin; four grandchildren, Rachael Hartz, Michael, Jeffrey and Matthew Beeler; and a special friend, Juanita Bristow.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, February 24, at 11:00 a.m., at Vincent Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 417 11th Street, West Point, Va. Burial will take place at a later time in Blackstone, Va.
