Dale Owen Parrish

Dale Owen Parrish, 49, of Blackstone, VA died Tuesday, December 4, 2007.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Marie Harris Parrish; two sons, Christopher Owen Parrish and his wife, Shannon of Cartersville, Brian Dale Parrish and his wife, Delta of Blackstone; a daughter, Elizabeth Marie Garner and husband, Ben of Nottoway; his mother, Mrs. Frances Parrish and the late Lewis E. Parrish; four grandchildren, Bobbie Garner, Brandy, Trent and George Parrish; two brothers, Jerry Parrish and wife, Sue of Warsaw, Gary L. Parrish and wife, Arlene of Blackstone; and a sister, Patty Raimonde of Blackstone, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m., Friday at the Joseph McMillian Funeral Home, 1826 Cox Rd., Bus Hwy. 460, Blackstone, Va. and where funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2007 with Pastor Joshua Munnikyusen officiating.
