Cody Alan Overton

Cody Alan Overton, 31, of Blackstone, VA passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.  He is survived by his mother, Kimberly Overton Hudson (Jody); his father, Shane Monroe; his sisters, Caitlin Adams (Matt), Faith Monroe, Maci Monroe, and Crystal Overton; his brother, Alexander Hudson; his grandparents, Mary Overton, Billy and Bunny Hudson, and Richard Keller.  He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Tyler, Madilynn Ferguson; and Brantley Allen and Cooper Adams; uncle, Jeffrey Overton.  Cody is preceded in death by his sister, Hailey Monroe; grandfather, Donald Overton and grandmother, Teresa Keller. 

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. until 4 P.M., at 1498 Kenbridge Rd. Blackstone, VA 23824. Come help us celebrate Cody's life gathering. We will have food, drinks, family and friends at our grandparents home.
