Carolyn J. Allman was born in Oklahoma, where she developed a lifelong love for animals and the outdoors. She went on to attend Oklahoma State University, earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and beginning a career defined by skill, dedication, and deep compassion.
Carolyn was a loving and highly respected veterinarian, known especially for her exceptional surgical ability. She truly cared about her patients and the people who loved them, often going above and beyond to ensure the best possible care. Her work was more than a profession; it was a calling.
Outside of her career, Carolyn found peace and joy in the outdoors. She was a passionate hunter and angler who loved being in nature, whether in the woods or on the water. Those who knew her best remember her strength, independence, and quiet confidence.
Carolyn was a devoted mother to her son, Jacob Allman, and took great pride in him. She shared with him her love of animals, the outdoors, and the values of hard work, perseverance, and compassion.
Carolyn will be remembered for her intelligence, determination, and kindness, as well as the lasting impact she made on both people and animals. Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched and through the love she gave as a mother and veterinarian.
